Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers in the European Union, the United States, and selected international destinations.
If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Other international destinations: 7–21 business days

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order size.
Any available free shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delays or additional shipping charges may occur.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for theft after delivery. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving the issue.
9. Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

10. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately to ensure faster delivery. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated.
